VLife Sciences Technologies Pvt. Ltd. today announced research collaboration with International Medical University (IMU), Malaysia. Under this collaboration IMU is going to use VLife’s most advanced QSAR package to identify/design the ligands that inhibit the dimerisation TLR-4/MD-2 in the presence of LPS. Objective of this project is to understand functional roles of ligands in infectious diseases. VLife’s patent pending fragment based QSAR, GQSAR which has become immensely popular among researchers going to play a key role in this research. During this collaboration VLife will provide the scientific consultation to IMU’s research team.
With this, VLife has added highly reputed private research institute in Malaysia to its list of users who have adopted this advanced technology platform. ‘We are very pleased to be associated with IMU and looking forward to contribute in the research of infectious diseases.
